Our catfish is raised in freshwater ponds where they are fed floating pellets of natural grains. After harvesting, they are taken to our state-of-the-art plant to be processed, temperature is controlled by computerized monitoring throughout the plant, from the processing area, chill tanks, spiral freezing, frozen and refrigerated storage to the loading docks.
